Patty H. Liu, M.S.

I’m Patty, a San Francisco native and moon-loving night owl. I started Free Flow Botanicals in 2017 out of a desire to help active, busy women restore their vitality and feel beautiful from inside out through holistic health coaching, customized plant medicine, Reiki, and high vibrational natural skincare products.

As an ex-corporate junkie, I constantly felt depleted and stressed out trying to meet my own goals and the expectations of others.  Eventually, I realized how much damage my lack of self-love and self-care caused. So, in 2017, I made the decision to quit my corporate job and take a huge leap of faith by pursuing a full-time education in Western Herbal Medicine at the Ohlone Herbal Center in Berkeley, CA.

My mission as a Clinical Western Herbalist is help you break free from feeling depleted so you can start to feel revitalized. With plant-based medicine, you can restore your vitality, naturally, without the use of chemical-derived substances or harmful ingredients. Working with me, you’ll receive a customized plan of care to help you achieve your health and beauty goals. By coaching, supporting, and holding you accountable, I will be your guide each and every step of the way. A brief phone consultation is all we need to begin.

Don’t wait like I did. There’s no better time to invest in your health and well-being because you deserve to be seen and cherished!

❤ Patty
