Refund & Exchange Policy

REFUNDS

No order refunds or cancellations are accepted. A refund will only be issued if the product(s) arrived damaged or in unsalable condition. In order to receive a refund, buyer must do the following: 

1) Contact Free Flow Botanicals within 3 days of delivery.

2) Provide description and photos of damaged or unsalable product(s).

Upon review, Free Flow Botanicals will issue a refund in the original form of payment within 7 business days.

All other refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis, at the seller's discretion, and may incur a 20% restocking fee.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted with the exception of personal care items. 

For personal care items such as Face Masks, Body Brushes, Gua Sha tools, Facial Rollers, and Revital-eyes Gemstone Eye Masks, exchanges are only accepted if the product(s) arrived damaged or in unsalable condition.

Free Flow Botanicals is not responsible for any damage to products caused by user mishandling or negligence. 

In order to receive a replacement of the same product(s), buyer must do the following:

1) Contact Free Flow Botanicals within 3 days of delivery.

2) Provide detailed description and photos of product issue.

3) Ship unused item(s) back within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Upon receipt, Free Flow Botanicals will ship replacement product(s) within 7-10 business days.
